I think the game changer for Epsilon was the introduction of their e-invoicing solution epsilon smart where they became very fast the leading company and where they have now very good upselling possibilities and high margin
I am liking this company the more I look into it. I found the powerpoint presentation for the last conference call in 2023. But where is the audio that goes with it? Anyone know?
Investor Relations is very responsive. If you ask, they will send you a link with the past earnings call recording. Be aware that the company might be taken private. This was announced a good week ago I believe.
I heard about the private thing. What does that mean? If I own it before that, I still remain an owner , right? It is hard to get info on the company anyway. After hearing more about kpg.au , Iam leaning toward a larger position in that company anyway.
I just checked with my broker Fidelity and I can purchase stocks from Greece via their platform. Cost is 19 Euros if I do it myself or 50 Euros if a broker assists me. I can hardly find any videos on this company on You Tube. I looked up the metrics on finchat.io and it is a solid small business as far as I can tell so far. 500M means it is small , but 62% owned by the CEO/Founder makes it a skin in the game stock, which what we want. Also since it is small and foreign it isn't popular. I am going to keep looking and probably buy some of it when the next crisis occurs.
Thanks! I want to do an analysis of the competitive landscape first before adding it to my watchlist. Based on what I've read, on the business software front, the market is a sort of oligopoly between Epsilon and another player. So it seems to be a quality business with a MOAT within Greece. The next step would be to avoid overpaying for it....😀
In the US, one can buy it through Fidelity (EPSIL:GR).
Thanks for the feedback. It'll update the article!

And this was definitely able to recognize early enough ;)

You're my hero! Great job on identifying that shift. I think it'll still perform well in the future, but no 10-bagger in the next 3 years of course 😀
Some periods of consolidation are definitely healthy ;)

I think a fund offered 12 euros to buy the majority shares and take it private. If it gets voted, then current shareholders get paid 12 euros/share.
So then the existing owners are out , right? That is why the price suddenly went to $12 even last week or so.
Yes, it's a buyout. The founder owns 56% of the shares I think. He intends to cash out...
